At the invitation of Rojava Center for Strategic Studies (NRLS), the International Forum on ISIS: Dimensions, Challenges and Confrontation Strategies was held in the city of Amude in North and East Syria. The forum was attended by more than 200 individuals, including politicians, researchers and representatives of civil society institutions from multiple countries.
The Afrin Human Rights Organization has set itself the task of documenting the war crimes committed by the occupiers in the region. The list of crimes of the last two months is long.
Yazidi society has been subjected to many genocidal attacks and genocides throughout history. The Yazidis were massacred by ISIS gangs most recently, and are now under attack from the invading Turkish state and their allied gangs in Afrin.
A civilian abducted by the Turkish army and their allied gangs spoke about the torture he was subjected to. The civilian who wishes to remain anonymous said women were resisting torture.

Research released by Amnesty International today reveals that residents in Afrin are enduring a wide range of violations, mostly at the hands of Syrian armed groups that have been equipped and armed by Turkey. These violations include arbitrary detentions, enforced disappearances, and confiscation of property and looting to which Turkey’s armed forces have turned a blind eye.

Turkish authorities in Istanbul and nine provinces on or near the Syrian border have stopped registering all but a handful of recently arrived Syrian asylum seekers. The suspension is leading to unlawful deportations, coerced returns to Syria, and the denial of health care and education, reported Human Rights Watch on Monday.
